- Restrictions: You may not use the marketplace or the APIs for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not interfere with the operation of the marketplace or the APIs.
- Intellectual Property: The marketplace and the APIs are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Marketplace or the APIs.
- Disclaimer of Warranties: The marketplace and the APIs are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Marketplace or the APIs will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
- Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the marketplace or the APIs, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us and our affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Marketplace or the APIs.
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are located, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction in which we are located.
- Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us regarding the Marketplace and the APIs.
